Ingredients 
        - 2 Carrot Muffinmax bars
 - ⅓ cup of milk
 
       
        
     
    
      
      
        
          - Crush bars to a fine, flour-like texture 
 - In a ramekin, combine the bar mixture and milk. Blend until smooth (cake-like) 
 - Cook in microwave oven for 2 minutes. Depending on the power of the oven, continue cooking for 10 to 15 seconds or until the cake is cooked through in the center. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
